Customer Service Representative

Immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep in Green Bay, WI!  $22/hr!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep for a 3+ month temporary role with a client in Green Bay, WI! 

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for answering inbound client calls and answering questions in regard to a marketing mailer our client is sending out to their entire customer base. The Customer Service Rep will receive training and be given a guide on how to best answer specific FAQ’s from customers. Any questions received that are not part of the FAQ list, will be routed to another internal company rep. During down-time, you may be asked to assist with additional administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, prepping for next day work, and mailings. The position will be based in a professional office setting. 

This is a temporary opportunity expected to last 3-4 months, based in Green Bay, WI. The standard hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm.  The starting wage for this position is $22/hr.

Qualifications:
* 1+ year of Customer Service experience required.
* Call Center experience a plus, not required.
* Medical or Dental industry experience a big plus!
* Great phone etiquette and customer service skills, required.
* Ability to multi-task
